Understanding the role that social media plays in your search traffic can lead to the creation of better content and optimization of online marketing campaigns. Your social signal data is found in a number of places in your GinzaMetrics SEO & Content Marketing Platform.
View social signals by specific content. From your Insights option in the top navigation, you can choose “Content” and view a complete listing of all pages in your dashboard. This listing shows your content’s name, current rank on a selected search engine, the keyword it is ranking for, and social signals for Facebook, Google+, and Twitter. Sort your content by ranking position by clicking on the arrow in the search engine position column.
Drill down into content social signals. Clicking on the keyword from within the “Content” page of your Insights tab delivers further information on additional keywords that are ranking for a page as well as their social signals.
Understand keywords at the URL level. Use the Insights option in the top navigation bar to visit the Keywords section of the site. By clicking directly onto a URL from the list at the bottom, you can see detailed information on this page.
Once you have clicked into the URL, you will be taken to that page’s details. By using the tabs in the graphs below, you can view social signals over time.
These charts can also be exported or added to your Reports section for an easy way to show your progress and KPIs in SEO and content marketing campaigns.
